Medical, Unrestricted PTO


Mission: To produce commercials that meet agency and client objectives.

 

Position overview: cj Producers are on a never-ending quest to make the best lawyer commercials in the nation. They manage the production process from start to finish including scripting, visuals, post-production, client approvals, and deliverables. No matter the assignment, they jump in and figure it out, working directly with the client to ensure every spot aligns with their overall goals and needs. They believe in their team, their work, and themselves. They are driven by a thirst for knowledge, and own every success and failure.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Manage production process for commercial and other video projects, which includes scripting, visuals, post-production, management and client approvals, as well as deliverables
  • Collaborate with other team members such as Executive Producer, Editor, Scriptwriter, Graphic Designer
  • Work directly with Client Services for client relations and brand image/consistency
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with our clients
  • Produce and direct shoots (studio and field) with both experienced and non-experienced talent
  • Produce and direct voiceover sessions
  • Hire capable crew and talent
  • Adhere to published advertising state bar rules for each client
  • Conduct annual disclaimer review for assigned clients and update disclaimer database in FileMaker
  • Be a creative and active team member of the production department
  • Participate and contribute during creative brainstorm sessions
  • Produce projects as assigned and meet or exceed published timelines
  • Execute an excellent final product through creativity, precision and accuracy of information
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree in Communications/Broadcast preferred
  • 2-4 years television producing experience with advertising background preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience writing commercial copy for television preferred
  • General post production knowledge and experience working with an editor in a post-production setting
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Self-starter and a quick-learner

  • Can work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
